Returns and Refunds Policy

You can request a product return within 7 calendar days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or mistakes by Store Velura.
